Garden State is still closed, but I want to let you know that I will be the guest chef next Wednesday, February 8, at the Big Ass Sandwiches cart at SW 3rd & Ash St. It will be for lunch service only, 11-4. The menu:

Sandwiches:

Chicken saltimbocca (provolone, sage, prosciutto), greens, marinara
Alaskan true cod with nappa cabbage, yellowfinn potato, orange, salsa verde
Crispy beef tongue with sauce gribiche, fennel/apple slaw

Sides:
Cauliflower and broccoli salad, preserved lemons
Spicy chickpea and leek soup, bread
Big Ass Fries

I'm so glad that Brian & Lisa from BAS have asked me to do this, and I can't wait to sling some sandwiches again. See you there!
